Ingredients
1. Sabudana – 2 cups, soaked for a couple for hours
2. Potato – 1 medium, finely cubed
3. Peanuts – 2 tbsp, roasted
4. Mustard Seeds (Rai) – ½ tsp
5. Cumin Seeds (Jeera) – ½ tsp
6. Curry leaves – 5-6
7. Red Chilli Powder – ½ tsp
8. Salt to taste
9. Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
10. Coriander leaves for garnishing
11. Vegetable Oil – 1 tbsp
Method
1. Grind peanuts to a coarse powder.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a karhai.
3. Add mustard seeds (rai), cumin seeds (jeera) and curry leaves to the hot oil and allow them to splutter.
4. Add the cubed potatoes and red chilli powder. Cook till
the potatoes are soft.
5. Add sago, crushed peanuts and salt. Mix everything well and
cook for 2-3 minutes.
6. Finally, mix in the lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves.
