Ingredients

1. Semolina (Sooji) – 1 cup, roasted

2. Bread Slices – 4

3. Onion – 1 small, finely chopped

4. Capsicum – 1 small, finely chopped

5. Red Chilli Powder – ¼ tsp

6. Chaat Masala – ¼ tsp

7. Salt to taste

8. Vegetable Oil – 1 tbsp

Method

1. Chop bread slices into 4 cubes.

2. Mix together in a bowl – semolina (sooji), chopped onion, capsicum, red chilli powder, chaat masala and salt. Add a little water and mix the ingredients into a thick batter.

2. Heat the vegetable preferably in a non-stick pan.

4. Place the bread cubes in the pan. Put the sooji batter on top of each. Cook for some time and then gently flip. Cook until the sooji batter side turns golden brown.
